“ I have been going here for almost 40 years (starting back at their original location) and every time I'm back in town I stop here, It's still the best spring rolls I've ever had, It brings back a lot of great memories and the rest of the food is great as well! But seriously try the spring rolls of you haven't, most Vietnamese restaurants use egg roll wrapper but I believe Saigon Rose use rice paper wrapper, so crispy and flavorful! ”
